UNDER EYE FILLER
With age, we lose precious fat and collagen in our faces, causing volume loss. Commonly, this may occur along the orbital rim, or under the eyes, resulting in hollowness and dark circles, which is exacerbated by thin eyelid skin. Hyaluronic Acid dermal fillers can be used in the tear troughs area to correct this issue.
WHAT IS USED FOR UNDER EYE FILLER?
At Outlast Aesthetics, we use under-eye filler that is composed of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance that vital for skin hydration. We also use your own blood product, PRF. This delivers an incredible anti-aging effect when expertly injected into the hollow circles under the eyes, or the tear troughs.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Tear trough filler typically lasts 9 months to 1 year.
IS IT SAFE?
Fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane for dark circle correction are a safe and effective way to improve the appearance of the under eye area. However, not everyone is a candidate. We will gladly welcome you for a consultation to further discuss your options regarding under eye complaints.
ARE THERE SIDE EFFECTS?
As with any injection there may be some redness and/or swelling at the injection site, but you can return to normal activities immediately following, as there is zero downtime.
